PlayStation Plus December 2025 Adds Five Games for Holiday Lineup

Flashspoter - Sony again closes the end of the year with a new line of games for PlayStation Plus subscribers. To‍‌‍‍‌ celebrate the holiday season, the Company is offering five titles that can be picked up between December 2 and January 5, 2026. The pack of the month is bigger than normal because PlayStation is handing out extra bonus games to various ‍‌‍‍‌Regions. PS‍‌‍‍‌ Plus Essential, Extra, and Premium subscribers can play any of these games. However, their subscription must be valid.

The list of titles that are available for download includes: LEGO Horizon Adventures, Killing Floor 3, the Outlast Trials, Synduality Echo of Ada, and Neon ‍‌‍‍‌White. The release of this collection is considered interesting due to the combination of action, horror, sci fi and fast-paced platformers that are popular in the PlayStation community.

LEGO Horizon Adventures is the highlight of the month. The game is a light and humorous version of Horizon Zero Dawn, this time packed in LEGO style. Players follow Aloy's journey in a machine-controlled world, but the visual and gameplay nuances are made more family-friendly. There are co-op modes on one screen and online, complete with additional characters such as Varl, Teersa, and Erend that bring different abilities. ‍‌‍‍‌ Because it's the most recent release of the year, PlayStation Plus members on PS5 can get their hands on the game for free.

On the other hand, Killing Floor 3 is available as ‍‌‍‍‌well. This action horror Franchise comes with a familiar formula, namely cooperative combat against waves of bioengineered creatures made by Horzine. Teams of up to six players can use new weapons and abilities to deal with the attacks of the Zeds. The game also features additional movement features such as dash and climbing abilities for more aggressive mobility. For fans of team-based survival games, this release became one of the most intense options for December.

‍‌‍‍‌The following title is the Outlast Trials that can be found in both PS4 and PS5. It carries on with the freaky style of the Outlast horror games but now in either solo or a maximum of 4 players co-op mode. In order to escape the Murkoff's lab, which is full of crazy experiments, players have to finish a series of challenges that involve their mental states. ‍‌‍‍‌ Stealth mechanics, escape, as well as the management of support tools are the main focus. Its existence in December gives an option for those who still want to feel the atmosphere of horror after the Halloween season ends.

Meanwhile, Synduality Echo of Ada offers a different experience with the extraction shooter concept combined with mecha elements. Set in the year 2222, humanity lives underground after the toxic rain phenomenon. Players assume the role of a Drifter tasked with collecting AO Crystals on a dangerous surface. While‍‌‍‍‌ searching for resources variously Enders creatures and other players can obstruct your way, therefore strategy, maneuvering and communication with the AI partner called Magus are the key elements. Gameplay has a futuristic vibe that is energetic along with the setting of the post-apocalyptic world.

Finally, we have Neon White that can be played on PS4 and ‍‌‍‍‌PS5. The title combines fast-paced platformer gameplay, first person shooter, as well as visual novel elements. Players control the character White in a competition to get rid of the devil in heaven while chasing the best time in each level. Card mechanics that can be used as weapons as well as parkour-style movements make each stage demanding reflexes and creativity. The game is known for its tight level design and is suitable for players who like to chase speed records.

In addition to the December collection, Sony reminds that customers can still claim PS Plus games for November to December 1. Last‍‌‍‍‌ month's bundle consisted of Stray, EA Sports WRC 24, and Totally Accurate Battle Simulator. The game may not be permanently saved in the subscriber's library after that ‍‌‍‍‌date.

Sony‍‌‍‍‌ once again confirmed that the list of games might be different in each ‍‌‍‍‌region. Nonetheless, these five major titles are certain to be the closing lineup of the year for most global markets. With a combination of new releases, cooperative options, and genre variety, PlayStation Plus closes 2025 with a solid package while giving you plenty of options to play during the holidays.
